Supporting people to make change happen
For the past 140 years we have been extending a welcome to people who need support, sometimes for a short while, sometimes lifelong.
We know that we are guests in people’s lives and that the support that they need will be particular to them.
So, we walk alongside people, bringing our professional skills to support them to make the changes that they want to make so that they can live their definition of a worthwhile life.

Be a well-run, trusted organisation
A central strength of our approach is that our Autism Services continue to be shaped by people with lived experience, alongside families, colleagues and partners.
The Do Good Charity first achieved NAS accreditation in January 2022 and again in January 2024 and May 2025. 100% of our autism services are now accredited. This provides assurance that we deliver exceptional outcomes for autistic people.
